My toilet went on the fritz with the Float Diaphragm Washer that had a tear. With most DIY stores down the road that are shut due to the pandemic I went online to amazon to find the part that I needed, but came in a pack of 5 at the value of £15 and have it delivered 2 days later or I could get a single diaphragm for £3.50 and have it arrive 5 days later.

I found North Bristol Plumbing while looking for an alternate online solution and was able to find what I needed easily on their website, and at the fraction of the cost of what I found on other websites.

The delivery came within 2 days. The part was installed and worked and on top of all of that, as a thank you, I received a free pair of regular drip stoppers. Very pleased with the service, 5 stars from me.

Really friendly bunch and totally different from most merchants as you can walk around and pick stock from the shelves rather than just a counter.

Please note that this is a "Trade Only" merchant so if you are a retail customer they may note be able to serve you unless you have been sent in by your plumber/fitter to choose your bath/shower etc. This is down to local planning laws, not them being awkward as they would love to serve retail too.
